We clean the whole property from top to bottom so it meets the standard required for deposit return or handover. We vacuum all carpets as part of the move-in and move-out clean. We do not shampoo or steam clean carpets. If carpets require shampooing, that is a specialist service that would need to be arranged separately.
Can you do a same-day or next-day move-out clean?

Do I need to be present during the clean?
Not necessarily. Many clients provide access and let us work independently. We recommend being available for the final walkthrough at the end so you can confirm the property meets your standard before we leave.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Call, text, or email us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will move it. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
