No. Deep cleaning is for lived-in homes and is not designed for post-construction situations. If your home has had building, renovation, or remodeling work done, you need our Residential Post-Construction Cleaning service. Construction dust, debris, paint splatters, and adhesive residue require completely different products, methods, and significantly more time than a deep clean. Booking a deep clean for a post-construction property will not get the result you need. Contact us and we will make sure you are booked for the right service.
How long does a deep clean take?
A typical 3-bedroom home takes around four to five hours with two cleaners. Larger homes or homes in heavier condition will take longer. We give you an estimated timeframe when you book.
Do you clean inside the appliances?
Yes. Inside the refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are all included in a deep clean. This is one of the key differences between a standard clean and a deep clean.
Is a deep clean required before starting a recurring schedule?
It is not required, but we recommend it for most first-time clients. A deep clean gets the home to a proper baseline so each standard visit after that is genuine maintenance rather than trying to catch up on built-up dirt.
Do you clean inside cabinets?
Yes. Inside all kitchen cabinets is included in a deep clean. Standard cleaning covers cabinet fronts only.
Do I need to be home during a deep clean?
No. The same access arrangements apply as for any of our services. We ask that someone is available at the start for a brief walkthrough and at the end to go through the home before we leave. If you cannot be there, we complete the checklist and take before and after photos.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Call, text, or email us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will move it. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
