What Standard Cleaning Includes
Every standard clean covers the following throughout all rooms, including the kitchen, living room, bathrooms, dining room, and bedrooms:
Sweeping and mopping all hard floors
Vacuuming all carpets and rugs
Dusting all surfaces including ceiling fans
Wiping down all surfaces
Bathrooms: toilet, tub, shower, sink, mirror, and floors
Kitchen: counters, stovetop, appliance exteriors, sink, and cabinet fronts
Emptying waste bins throughout
Standard cleaning does not include inside appliances, baseboards, walls, inside cabinets, or light fixtures. Those are covered under our deep cleaning service. If you want any of those areas done on a standard visit, ask us about adding specific items when you book.
One-Off and Recurring Scheduling
Standard cleaning is available as a single visit or on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring schedule. Recurring clients receive a discount on every clean: 15% off for weekly, 10% off for bi-weekly, and 5% off for monthly scheduling.
Bi-weekly is the most popular option among our Miami clients. A 10% discount on every visit adds up quickly, and the frequency keeps the home consistently clean without the cost of a weekly schedule. How many cleaners will come to my home?
A typical 3-bedroom renovation clean takes a full day with two cleaners. Larger homes or more extensive builds take longer. We give you a realistic estimate when you book.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our Miami clients provide access instructions and let the team work while they are out. We ask that someone is available at the start for a brief walkthrough and at the end for a final check. If you cannot be there, we complete the job to the checklist and take before and after photos.
Do you vacuum if there is no carpet?
If the home is all hard floors, we use a sweep and mop method instead. Our cleaners bring both vacuums and mops and use whatever is appropriate for your floors.
Do you clean inside the appliances?
Appliance interiors are not part of a standard clean. We wipe down the outside of appliances on every visit. Inside the fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are part of our deep cleaning service.
Can I switch between standard and deep cleaning?
Yes. Some clients do a standard clean most months and a deep clean a few times a year. We can build a schedule that combines both depending on what your home needs.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Call, text, or email us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we will move it. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
